Pricing:

The Monarch Retreat offers a cost savings package that includes all of our services.

We are less expensive than an overnight stay at the surgery center or hospital, and offer a much better experience.

Home Care & Hotel Nursing Services

Transportation Services

$650 suite per night

$55 /hr or up to 30 mi.

Includes:
24 hour nursing care
Transportation to our facility & first follow up appoiontment
Gourmet meals
Use of our sequential compression machine to help prevent blood clots.
Welcome basket
*There is a $100 charge for an overnight non- surgical guest

R.N. Visit: $95/ hour (up to 2 hours
C.N.A. Visit: $25 per hour (minimum of 2 hours)
24 Hour nursing observation in your home or hotel of choice $600- $900 depending on hotel rate & number of hours. (Includes transportation to your home or hotel from surgery)
Concierge Services: $22 per hour

What we offer:
We can drive you, in luxury, to your surgery, to your home, & take you to any future follow up appointments, food shopping, or errand running.

$55 each way up to 20 miles or 30 minutes
(40 cents for each additional mile or minute)
Transportation to and from the DIA = $150 round trip

Incidentals:

Prescription pick-up= $35.00 + RX Cost

O2 administration if greater that 6 hours post-op= $75/ per day

Personal Laundry Service= $15.00

Errands = $15.00 ( Includes postal service, special food request. clothing shopping )

Comcast Movie Rentals= $4.99 for New Releases

Guest Dinner Fee =$25

Overnight In Room Guest Fee= $50

Overnight Guest meal Fee=$50

*Stock medications & dressing supplies are a minimal but additional charge. We reccommend that you bring all of your medication with you.

All Spa treatments are at an additional charge. You may email or call for menu and pricing of spa services

*A $50 fee will be applied if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance due to a medical or family emergency preventing you from getting surgery or your surgeon requires you to spend the night in the surgical center due to complications. If you cancel less than 5 days prior to your reservation, for any other reason, you will be charged 50% of your room rate.
