It was all so wonderful! Every nurse was so attentive
and caring. I knew there were other patients while I was there, but I always felt like the only one because the treatment
was great. One of the first questions the surgery nurses asked me was "who is going to take care of you?" There
response when I told them I was going to Monarch was nothing but positive. They told me I would love Monarch, they were 100%
correct. Sabrina and her team were incredible from the time they picked me up until the time that I checked out. I think anyone

Dear Sabrina, I would like to say how thankful I am to have been referred by my Dr. to The Monarch Retreat. At first I was
just looking at adding yet another expense but my initial consultation with one of your employees was warm and professional
and just set the tone for my decision to stay. after all, your facility was a better value, offered a spa-like atmosphere,
appetizing food...everything a hospital doesn't offer! And I wasn't sick nor did I want to be exposed to sick people in a
hospital setting. I was sold from the start. My care, from the moment you arrived
in recovery, was that of professional concern. Your communication with my husband really put him at ease...and this was not
an easy undertaking for him. The fact that you transported me from the hospital to the Monarch Retreat, took a huge weight
off his shoulders. I don't think he would have been able to handle how beaten up I looked, my difficulty in movement,
nor the ensuing nausea after surgery for the ride home. In the meantime, he had an opportunity to tour your facility
and was very impressed and felt comfortable not only leaving me in your care for the night, but immediately made the decision
that I stay for two nights. At the end of my stay your after care review and follow-up paperwork helped me easily transition
to self-care at home. The entire staff was professional, compassionate and willing
to provide anything to make my stay comfortable. Monarch Retreat is a beautiful, well appointed home with every detail
in order in a private, quiet community. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to take a walk through the neighborhood!
The home itself inside...WOW!! What more can I say? From the paintings to the paint choices, the sun porches to
the fireplaces, the chandeliers to the shades...EVERYTHING was absolutely beautiful. It looked like an HGTV masterpiece!
As for the food choices...if I had been feeling better I probably would have put on weight! The choices were fabulous
with generous portions and great gourmet selections. I definitely feel as if the Monarch Retreat is not only a place
of recovery, but a place for renewal. I would highly recommend your facility, your staff, and your care and compassion
without hesitation to anyone seeking surgical after care. With sincere thanks, LF

wanted to thank you and your staff for taking such good care of me. I can't thank you enough for making the time from pick
up to departure so memoreable. I do remember a few things: the kindness, the quick response to my calls, making me feel better
after my nightmare, to the yummy yogurt and ice cream & the absolute best breakfast! I
have recovered with no black and blue marks. I know that the quick recovery was from the care that you gave me. I am happy

The Monarch is a beautiful facility with warm
caring staff. I felt like I was very high maintenance, but the staff didn't seem to mind at all and appeared to actually ENJOY

you did for me. I also loved the fact that you all had a sense of humor and I could be myself-which helped me in my beginning

"Sabrina & Dale, Thank you for providing a healthcare retreat and healthcare for me. I was perplexed about my situation;
the need for surgery & someone to drive me to & from the Dr's office, plus someone to take care of me after surgery
since I couldn't drive and needed at least 12 hours of care. I'm a widow & my children & family live out of
state, & I considered my surgery to be too personal to call upon friends or neighbors to assisit me. The services provided
at the Monarch Retreat took care of all my needs...plus the feeling of being pampered along with professional healthcare.
